THE FORMER Deputy Director of Information Technology (IT) Directorate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Kwadwo Gyeke-Dako, has condemned supporters and the NDC for attacking integrity of Former Minister for Communications, Dr Edward Omane Boamah for being appointed as the current Director of Elections and IT ahead of the crucial 2024 polls.
He noted that the current petition by the concerned NDC Supporter and Social Activist over a petition against Dr Omane Boamah appointment as Director of elections and IT is completely unacceptable and useless.
He describe the action as unfortunate at this crucial moment when the party needs all members to work for victory on the 2024 general election.
Mr Gyeke-Dako welcomed the decision of the of appointment of Dr Boamah Director of Elections and IT, saying that pieces of evidence available clearly show that the Health Policy Planning and Financing Expert, a Medical Practitioner and a Ghanaian Politician has what it takes to manage the Elections and IT systems effectively and efficiently to help lead the NDC to victory in the 2024 general elections.
