Dormaa West DCE Tasks Residents To Support government Social And Poverty Intervention Programmes
The day visit which started on Wednesday, May 10, and Thursday, May 11, 2023 was to afford the District Chief Executive the opportunity to familiarize himself with the communities and as well interact with the residents.

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Dormaa West District in the Bono Region, Mr. Francis Kwadwo Opong in his quest to familiase himself with his community members, visited 13 communities in his district.
The day visit which started on Wednesday, May 10, and Thursday, May 11, 2023 was to afford the District Chief Executive the opportunity to familiarize himself with the communities and as well interact with the residents.
The visit also enabled the DCE and his entourage get first-hand information on the challenges facing the communities and, in addition, introduce some government policies to them.
Communities he visited included Asuontam,
Kojokumikrom, Yaakrom, Nkwanto, Kwadwodwomokrom, Beposo, Bredi AKotokrom, Nkwantaso, centerso, Manhyia etc.
The DCE was accompanied by party executives, led by Chairman Kwame Owusu and the assembly staff.
Addressing the residents, Mr Opong called on the constituents to support the Assembly's efforts to push for development of the district forward.
According to him, the Assembly request the people's collaboration in the effective implementation of government's social and poverty intervention programmes to achieve desirable put comes.
