Wendy Shay has has bared her fangs at Netflix for using her track without her permission.

The artiste uploaded a footage of the movie on her Instagram page, as she recorded the part that her song was used.

According to her, she stumbled upon the movie while looking through her Netflix playlist.

She has now called out the movie producers of "Slay", as she noted that it is a crime to use intellectual content without permission.

"So, I watched this movie last night on Netflix and my song, 'All for you' was featured without my consent or that of my management. Producers of the movie 'Slay', it is a crime to use someone's intellectual property without her consent. Kindly do the needful or i will see y'all in court."

Ghanaian artistes and industry players have recently been calling for more penalties for individuals who use intellectual content without permission.

Former chairman of GHAMRO, Rex Omar, noted that it is not by force to use the music of an artiste.

He maintained that permission must always be sought when the property of an artistes is used.

Wendy Shay will now wait to either receive her royalties from the movie producers of slay, or pursue legal action.
