Ghanaian controversial social media user Ayisha Modi has revealed the cause of the fight between Diamond Appiah and Mzbel.
In a trending audio-making wave on the internet, Ayisha Modi asserted Diamond Appiah started hating Mzbel after they met her ‘godfather’ and the man expressed interest in Mzbel over her.
Diamond’s godfather did not make advances on her and sleep with her for cash as she expected.
He allegedly wanted Mzbel and that angered Diamond and broke her heart, making her hate Mzbel to this day.
Ayisha Modi claims she heard this news from the horse’s mouth, Diamond Appiah.
Diamond allegedly told her the story of what went down during the period they were friends.
Modi says Diamond revealed she and Mzbel once went to see a rich Ghanaian man whom Diamond had taken as her godfather.
Diamond also wanted the man to take an interest in her and date her so she makes some coins off him.
The man expressed interest in Mzbel when Diamond came to see him with the legendary singer and even took her number.
Appiah developed hatred and jealousy against Mzbel over this minor incident, feelings that exist to this day.
It’s understandable why Diamond has been in Mzbel’s shadow for ages, dating back to when she was a backup dancer on her tours.
Losing a rich man to her also must have just been too much – no wonder the hate never ends.
