Over two hundred people were rendered homeless after a heavy downpour at nyarkokwaa and Tawiahkwaa. There is more in the following Report by Soireenews Reporter.

Over two hundred residents in Nyarkokwaa and Tawiahkwaa in Awutu senya west district of the central region have been rendered homeless after heavy downpours.

According to the residents, they have no place to sleep since the disaster occurred during the night.

Due to this disaster, the member of Parliament for the area Gizella Tetteh has distributed two hundred and sixty roofing sheets to the affected victims on behalf of her aid Abeka Amissah.

Soireenews spoke with some of the affected victims to express worries and the difficulties they have confronted.

They, therefore, commended the member of Parliament for the area Gizella Tetteh for her kind gesture.

Meanwhile, the personal aid to the member of Parliament who presented the roofing sheet on behalf of the MP Benjamin Abeka Amissah also disclose that the member of Parliament will always make sure that the good people of 

Nyarkokwaa and Tawiahkwaa's demands are always provided for them.
