COVID-19: Ghana records 143 new infections; Active cases now 831

143 new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Ghana.

Ghana’s active cases has seen a marginal rise to 831.

This comes after 143 cases were recorded in the country, the Ghana Health Service has announced.

Ghana’s overall case count stands at 45,012 with recoveries pegged at 43,898.

The COVID-19 related death toll currently stands at 283.

Out of the number of active cases, six are in critical condition, three on ventilators and 16 in severe condition.

So far, a total of 448,820 COVID-19 tests have been conducted in Ghana.
