COVID 19 EXPENDITURE : MINORITY ROARS AT GOV'T FOR ACCOUNTS

The Minority Caucus in Parliament is asking the Government to account for the spending on COVID 19 since the explanation it smells something in the soup.

Speaker to the Media in Parliament today, the Ranking Member on the Health Committee in Parliament, Kwabena Minta Akando said Government will have to come clean on the monies received and spent so far.

The Minority has asked Parliament to get an explanation from the government.

This to the Ranking Member emanated from the world bank Director's comment on offering Ghana an amount of $560m in the fight of COVID-19.

The Minority has therefore called on Parliament to commit Government to give detailed accounts on its COVID 19 spendings.
