Cavani extends Man United contract
Cavani signed a year contract for Manchester United last summer and his hard work has paid off.
Edinson Cavani has signed a contract extension with Manchester United.
That's according to football transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, who claims Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been successful in convincing the veteran striker to stay at Old Trafford for another year.
Romano claims an agreement has been struck and it will be officially announced this week.
The striker's new contract will run until June 2022 and he will decide his future at the end of next season.
It is claimed Boca Juniors were offering a two-year contract, but Edinson Cavani decided to stay for one more season in Europe.
