Everton’s Calvin Lewin has been given his first senior England call up by Gareth Southgate to feature in the Three Lions Nations League tournament next week.

Bukayo Saka of Arsenal and Leicester’s Harvey Banes have been included in the squad following the drop of Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood for breaching coronavirus disciplinary actions outlined by the FA.

Calvert Lewin has started the current league campaign on a brighter note since the arrival of James Rodriguez, Allan and Doucoure in the transfer window.

He is joint with Jamie Vardy on top of the goalscoring table with five goals in three matches, keeping the Toffees third on the league table with nine points.

Harvey Barnes has helped the Foxes to occupy the top of the League table, winning all their three games and scoring in Leicester’s win over Burnley.
