A four bedroom self-contained house belonging to police officer of the Ghana Police Service has been engulfed by fire at Bouho in the vAfigya Kwabere South District of the Ashanti Region.

A four bedroom self-contained house belonging to police officer of the Ghana Police Service has been engulfed by fire at Bouho in the vAfigya Kwabere South District of the Ashanti Region.
 
A principal witness to the incident, narrated he was woke to attend the nature around midnight on Sunday August 2022 when he detected some smoke emanating from the roof of the building. 
According to him he did not pay attention until the smoke grew bigger with fire coming through the rafters of the room, when he raised the alarm of the fire outbreak.
 
The owner of the house is a police officer.
The senior police officer lives in the house with his wife and a child.
The officer lost his uniforms, money, clothes, four bedrooms with a hall, kitchen and toilet and bath worth GH¢ millions of Ghana cedis. 
The fire service officer in charge explained that there have not been any casualties but are still investigating to know the true cause of the fire out break.
