Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfro MP Visits Weija Dam Spillage Flood Victims

Member of Parliament (MP) Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfro Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Mr. Sylvester Tetteh has visited commuters affected by weija Dam spillage.
Names of commuters who did not benefit from the goodies National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) distributed were penned down with the promise by the MP that some relief items will be donated to them.
Speaking in an interview with journalists, Mr Sylvester Tetteh blamed the cause of the flood on the inability of the government to dredge the dam and buildings on the waterways
In respect to this, he hinted that he will laise with the Member of Parliament (MP) for Weija Gbawe Constituency, Mrs. Tina Gifty Mensah to file a motion in Parliament for the dam to be dredged.
He highlighted on some other incentives he intend doing for his constituency apart from which includes health screening.
He stated that measures will be taken to remove structures on water ways in other to allow free flow of water to the sea each time the dam is spilled.
