Berekum East DCE nominee gets 100 percent endorsement
Honourable Dominic Oppong has been endorsed as the District Chief Executive for Berekum West.

The Members at the Berekum West District Assembly have overwhelmingly given a 100% endorsement for the president’s DCE nominee for the District.
The confirmation ceremony which took place at the Presbyterian Church at Jinijini saw, traditional authorities and many concerned natives gracing the occasion.
Prior to the confirmation, the Bono Regional Minister, Justina Owusu-Banahene seized the opportunity to urge the Assembly members to work together to uphold the unity of the assembly.
She emphasized the importance of the votes of the Assembly Members stating that 'their votes will help address the developmental challenges of the district.
Honourable Dominic Oppong, the new District Chief Executive for Berekum West after the swearing-in ceremony told the media that he will be DCE for all and reiterated his commitment to creating jobs for the teaming unemployed youth in the district through agriculture.
He also stated that he was determined to working to reduce the poverty levels of the masses.
