Asylum transfers in Rwanda will begin'soon.'

Rwanda's prime minister says the first group of asylum seekers from the United Kingdom "will arrive shortly" and that the country is prepared to receive them.

On Wednesday evening, Edouard Ngirente told media that the trial project was well-informed and intended.

Some asylum seekers will be transported to the Central African country for a five-year trial under the $148 million (£120 million) program.

50 migrants have been told they will be the first to be transported to Rwanda, according to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

Mr.Pete told journalists, "We are ready to host whatever number that may come."

The proposal has been criticized by refugee organizations as inhumane. "Once it's done," Mr. Ngirente remarked, "people will enjoy it."

Two Rwandan opposition groups have stated that the government should focus on the challenges that Rwandans face rather than "fixing issues of a wealthy country."
