Amerado Is The Best Rapper Of The Year - Dan Lartey

Dan Lartey believes Amerado should be the clear winner of the Rap Artiste of the Year at the upcoming Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. 

According to the award scheme researcher, no one deserves it more.

He noted that the rapper deserves it and that's why he has been bragging about it, referring to Amerado's earlier claim that he alone deserved the award.

Other artists cannot brag as much as Amerado can because they have not done the things that he has done. 

“There are some categories you don’t need to think or even vote. Just go straight to the point; this artist deserves it. And last year, from 1st of January to 31st of December, Amerado's best rapper released a few weeks to the end of the year. It was released in December. And that song, I will say was massive … So straight to the point, Amerado hands-down. ”

Amerado himself has talked up his chances of winning.

He explained that no one in the past year has worked as hard as he has worked therefore people who only have one good song should not be considered for the award.

“Unless people say they have forgotten about what I have done. But genuinely, I did my best as a young act to hold Ghana rap down when everything was shut down during this COVID time. And even after that, I have proven myself. I am just hoping for the best. I am not going to say every nominee deserves it. But I am going to say Amerado deserves it.”

“I am always a lion. I will come back stronger and win it. I will definitely win most of the Best Rapper Awards coming up.”
