David Alaba will reveal his next destination on Tuesday via a press conference today at 14:00 CET.

The Austrian is on a move out of the Bundesliga after failed negotiation with Bayern Munich for an extension.

The 28-year-old who made over 200 senior appearances for the Bavarians since joining the club from Austria Wien in 2008 is a free agent and can negotiate with any club of his interest and officially make a move in the summer transfer window.

He was on the transfer list of hosts of European clubs including Manchester City, Paris Saint Germain, Chelsea and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.

Marca reported on January 18, 2021, that he has agreed a four year deal with Real Madrid and would be their first signing of the Los Blancos when the season ends for another.

The Bavarians have found the replacement of the defender and have announced a new deal to sign RB Leipzig’s centre back, Dayot Upamecano in the summer.

His new contract is speculated to be around 11 million euros per year.

Alaba recently won the FIFA Club World Cup with Bayern Munich following their European success.
