Akwatia MP Leads NDC Eastern Regional Top Shots To Storm Assin North To Campaign Ahead Of Tomorrow By-Election
The visit of the faithfuls people who are Akwatia Constituency Executives including the Eastern Regional Organizer of the NDC, Mr David Dakudzi was aimed at the campaigning for the the NDC parliamentary candidate in the Assin North by-election, Mr. James Gyakye Quayson which was scheduled by the Electoral Commission to take off on Tuesday June 27, 2023.

National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Akwatia Constituency in the Eastern Region, Honourable Henry Boakye Yiadom, affectionately called Okoyo on Monday June 26, 2023 led some top shots of the NDC to storm the Assin North Constituency of the Central Region to visit the thirty-six (36) members of the party who were involved in the road clash at Dansame.
The visit of the faithfuls people who are Akwatia Constituency Executives including the Eastern Regional Organizer of the NDC, Mr David Dakudzi was aimed at the campaigning for the the NDC parliamentary candidate in the Assin North by-election, Mr. James Gyakye Quayson which was scheduled by the Electoral Commission to take off on Tuesday June 27, 2023.
The purpose of their visit was to canvass votes for Honourable James Gyakye Quayson in the Assin North by-election.
During the visit, the team delivered a solidarity message to the accident victims, expressing their concern for the serious injuries they sustained and gratitude to God for sparing their lives, considering that some individuals had lost their lives in the accident.
The team also encouraged the victims to come out and show their support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Honourable Gyakye Quayson by voting in large numbers for victory.
At the end of the visit, Honourable Gyakye Quayson and Mr David Dakudzi provided financial support to the victims.
They gave GH¢ 5000 to assist with their upkeep and GH¢ 2000 to the medical team.
