Abesim Murder: Suspect Remanded into Prison Custody over the death of a lover

The suspect will be taken to the Sunyani Central Prisons waiting to reappear on the 8th of June as the body of Price undergoes postmortem at the Bono Regional Hospital in Sunyani.

The Sunyani Court B presided by H/W Jojo Amoah Hagan has remanded Hilda Asumani Endo, a Hair Dresser in Abesim into Prison Custody for allegedly stabbing a supposed lover Prince Aboagye, a heavy-duty mechanic at Oti Yeboah Company with a pair of scissors after a short quarrel.

The incident which took place on  June 8, 2021, at Abesim was reported by a complainant Akwasi Acheampong and Hilda was arrested and arraigned before the court on June 10.

But upon the request of the Police Prosecutor Sergeant Agyenim Boateng to conduct further investigation, the case was adjourned to today 24th June 2021.

At the court, H/W Jojo Amoah Hagan said the case was adjourned to July 8. He also added that the postmortem will be done on 24 June to ascertain the real cause of the death of Prince Aboagye for a fair hearing on the new adjourned date.

Meanwhile, the suspect will be taken to the Sunyani Central Prisons waiting to reappear on the 8th of June as the body of Price undergoes postmortem at the Bono Regional Hospital in Sunyani.

 The two had a 2-year-old boy after living together for close to four years now until the misunderstanding of the two accusing each other of having an affair outside their relationship came up leading to the untimely demise of Prince Aboagye.
