Wenchi: Work On Sports Stadium Progressing Steadily

Construction work on Wenchi Sports Stadium is speedily ongoing.

Construction work on the dressing room is currently standing at 60%,  while work on spectators stands with press box is also standing at 45%.

The constitutional work of grassing a modern pitch is 100% completed.

About 200 capacity CAF Standard Soccer Field when completed will propel sporting activities in the municipality.

Construction works of the dressing room and the spectators stand with press box is being funded by DPAT, with a total amount of GH¢ 775,206.30.00 

The grassing of a modern pitch is also stood at a cost of GH¢ 180,295.00 is being funded by the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF).
