We Will Terminate All Non Performing Contractors Agreement - Western Regional Minister
Hon. Kobby Okere Darko Mensah continues that a lot of roads in the western region have been awarded to contractors but the inactive aspects of some contractors have lead to a lot of deplorable road nature in the western region

The Western Regional Minister, Hon Kwabena Okyere Daako Mensah has cautioned all non-performing contractors in his region to be active on their work or have their contracts terminated by the end of this year.
The Minister made this statement whiles addressing delegates during the Western Regional Annual Delegates Conference of the NPP which was held in Tarkwa on the 13th October 2021.
He said the government is working so hard to make sure that the roads situation in the west will be solved since "we are in the year of roads."
Hon. Kobby Okere Darko Mensah continued that a lot of roads have been awarded to contractors but the inactive aspects of some of them have brought an increase in the deplorable road nature of their highways.
He made reference to Prestea Bogoso main road which has been given to BOADAC Constructions to fixed but for a while now he is not performing and if by the end of this year the road has not been completed, the agreement will be terminated and awarded to a new contractor.
