The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has relocated the centre for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) at the Bright Senior High School (SHS), a private school at Kukurantumi in the Abuakwa North Municipality in the Eastern Region, following a recent attack on exam officials.

Students of Bright SHS went on the rampage yesterday and beat an external invigilator in the West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), Mr David Nii Djan Mensah, and a reporter with the Daily Graphic, Mr Emmanuel Pacome Damalie.

Mr Amposah has since been picked up by the Police in connection to the incident.
