Varsity Students In Cape Coast Endorse Mahama's 24Hour Economy Policy
SCORES of Students of University of Cape Coast and Cape Coast Technical University in the Central Region have expressed their support for the 24-hour economy policy proposed by the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), former President John Dramani Mahama.

The students of the two universities strongly believe that if the 24 hour policy is effectively implemented, it can lead to rapid industrialisation and job creation which is going to benefit teeming unemployed youths and graduates in the country.

The students voiced their support for Mahama's
24Hour Economy Policy during when the Central Youth Wing under the leadership of Lawyer Twumasi, Abeiku Essien and Kojo Gyamfi on Tuesday, 16th January, 2024 joined the TEIN executives and members of University of Cape Coast and Cape Coast Technical University on their Akwaaba Drive.
The programme aimed at Welcoming all Fresh men and women of the aforementioned universities.
The Youth Wing also used this opportunity to register new TEIN members. At the drive move, the various policies of NDC and President John Dramani Mahama were explained.
All members were encouraged to work hard to win election 2024 for NDC.
Old members of TEIN were not left out in the Akwaaba Drive, they were equally visited, encouraged and spoken to, to work harder for fruitful outcome in election 2024.
It was rather sad that the Executives had to cut short their moves in the Akwaaba Drive which continued throughout the week.
The Executives did receive the sad news of the demise of Other Youth Rep of Gomoa Central, Comrade Charles.K Fosu.
The Executives of the Youth Wing visited the family to sympathize with them on their loss.
The Youth Wing shall continue to work hard to deliver Central Region for NDC and JDM.
