Ursula Owusu-Ekuful Names Her Three Favourite Artistes

Ursula Owusu-Ekuful has stated that her three favourite new age artists are Kuami Eugene, Bisa Kdei and Kofi Kinaata.

According to the Minister for Communications and Digitalization who is also a Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West, the tracks of the three artists resonate with her best out of all the others in Ghana.

“I do like dancing to good music, especially music that resonates with me and not the noisy kind of music. My favourite new age artists are Kuami Eugene, Kofi Kinaata and Bisa Kdei, I love their songs”

She said this while speaking on Starr Chat with Nana Aba Anamoah.

The minister, in a harsh tone, noted that most artists only produce noise instead of quality music.

She also delved into matters of sexuality, as she maintained that no one can crucify others based on their sexual preferences.

“Adults can do whatever they like in the privacy of their homes but should not force their sexual preferences down anyone’s throat. Just keep your sexuality private.”

“Most of us who went through the boarding system would have had some exposure particularly in girls’ schools and in some mixed schools as well with ‘supism’."

"We did it. I don’t make any apologies about it, but I like my men....true, I wouldn't lie about it. We've all done it. We've experimented with stuff like that, but it was a passing phase,” she concluded.
