According to the US Attorney's office, Hajia4Real is presumed innocent until the court finds her guilty

After it was discovered that Ghanaian socialite Hajia4Real, real name Mona Faiz Montrage, had been deported from the UK to the US to face her charges, the news started to trend.
In a vile lonely hearts scam, Hajia4Real is accused of cheating elderly, single American men and women out of nearly $2 million.
According to the indictment, Hajia 4 Real especially intended their romantic fraud at elderly and unmarried Americans who were living alone.
The United States Attorney's office posted that the charges in the indictment are simply accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless found guilty.
Hajia 4Real was seized in the UK on November 10, 2022 for the alleged conspiracy, and she was extradited to the US on Friday.
She is currently accused of conspiring, using stolen goods for personal gain, wire fraud, and money laundering. She faces a maximum 20-year prison sentence if found guilty of the primary offense.
