Serwaa Amihere has added her voice to the fight against "bad systems" in Ghana.

The media personality maintained that the #FixYourself campaign, in which the government has asked its citizens to fix themselves before looking to them to fix Ghana is an insult to the injuries that Ghanaians are already suffering.

In a tweet on her social media page, Serwaa Amihere noted that the job of the government is to fix the country and the problems that arise and not to pin petty blame on anyone.

According to her, the government is not showing any form of respect to Ghanaians with its uncalled for #FixYourself campaign.

“It is insulting to tell citizens demanding action against increasing hardships to “Fix themselves”. Show Ghanaians some respect and resolve the problems causing the unbearable hardships and stop adding insult to injury." she tweeted.

The GH One TV journalist fired this warning in the face of the government and its supporters whom she said are putting their personal pockets in front of the greater good of the country.

Per her view, only when the government shows respect and accepts responsibility Will the problems of the country be tackled.

This comes after Joshua Boye-Doe popularly known as Kalyjay started the #FixTheCountry movement which has consistently been in the top 5 trends in the country for the 3rd day in a row.

Supporters of the government were quick to start their counter #FixYourselves and #GhanaIsBeingFixed campaign in order to take the heat of the government.
