Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has come under criticism by stakeholders of the Premier League after his third loss in the Premier League this season.

Watford player, Troy Deeney speaking on talkSPORTS believes the Norwegian is not the right man for the job and needs to be replaced as quickly as possible.

Manchester United were defeated by Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday after Aubameyang’s 69-minute goal from the spot. The loss means the Solskjaer is yet to win a Premier League game on the ground, losing 3-1 to Palace, 6-1 to Spurs and the recent, 1-0 to Arsenal.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer since taking charge of the Red Devils has won 55 out of 100 games, drawing 21 and losing 24.

“If you had to look back over 100 games you'd probably say no,” said Deeney, when asked if Solskjaer is the right man for the job.

“I don't think anybody else with that record would get the length of time he's got.

“I don't know him so it's not personal, but I just don't think he demands respect off the other players. I just don't see how the players respect him, I don't see much change and other than [Mason] Greenwood, who would you say has really improved under him?

“There were so many average performances yesterday, and in a game of that magnitude how are you getting so many average performances? And they'd just come off a couple of wins when everyone was saying they are back to the United of old…

“But you don't see anything to suggest they are going to continue it for two, three, four, five weeks.”

Manchester United’s next trip is at the Merseyside where they face a resilient Everton side looking for revenge after their back to back loses.

Ancelotti would be looking forward to restoring his side to keep their top our hopes active although it’s too early to decide.

With Spurs in huge form and having taken the second spot, much is left to be witnessed in the upcoming fixtures. Solskjaer must perform to save his job or have his job in shaking before the international break.
