Shatta Wale: Peace FM and Hitz FM ought to be banned.

Shatta Wale said this during an interview on Power FM that Ghbase.com was listening to following the release of his highly anticipated album.

He remarked, "I'm not saying these media outlets shouldn't say anything negative about me, but Hitz FM and Peace FM should be banned as two radio stations."

Shatta Wale explained that he believes the two well-known radio stations should be shut down by saying that they don't conduct in-depth investigation and are constantly rushing to break news, making them unreliable.

The dancehall musician gave an example, stating that they rushed to talk about his 80,000 pounds issue without conducting adequate investigation.

He felt that they could have handled it better if they had called his manager, Sammy Flex, to gather additional details before speaking about it.

"It appears that their research is inadequate, as evidenced by the eighty thousand pounds you mentioned. It is unlikely that someone claiming to be a senior radio presenter would simply sit and talk about things for hours on end," he said.

stating that "Who is the person you can call while Sammy Flex is there and say, 'Sammy, this is what I have heard. Ooo, what information do you have about that?'" Then Sammy will say, "Oh, it's true, Alordia gave us eight hundred thousand pounds." This is all there is to it. This is even how they compensated us.

The dancehall performer came to the conclusion that it is detrimental for Ghanaian media outlets to spread unfavorable rumors about his brand.
