The Sampa Nursing Training College has held its 7th matriculation at the college premises.

The principal of the college, Mr. Charles Kandiiri in his address appealed to landlords in the area to reduce the price of rent since teachers posted at the school refuse to come due to the high charges of rent.

According to him, the school has no teacher’s bungalow and teachers are compelled to rent outside the campus but the high charges of rent are deterring the teachers from accepting postings to the school.

He pleaded with the DCE of the area Honorable Solomon Owusu to construct the road leading to the college since it is in a deplorable state.

He also appealed for support from the community to assist the school in the construction of 3 story lecture hall.

Honorable Solomon Owusu the Jaman North District Chief Executive praised the school for its excellent performance in academics and advised the students to be disciplined and hold on to the oath of allegiance to their profession.

He also donated 100 bags of Cement to help complete the ongoing 3 story building lecture hall and promised to construct access roads to the college.
