Rihanna's Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin products will be available in eight African countries starting at the end of this month, according to the singer.

The pop artist said on social media that she had "been waiting for this moment" and that this was "only the beginning."

Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe will be able to purchase the beauty goods.

Fenty Beauty was established in 2017 by Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, in collaboration with luxury goods business LVMH (Mot Hennessy Louis Vuitton).

She is worth $1.7 billion (£1.2 billion), with $1.4 billion coming from Fenty Beauty.

In its first 40 days, the company reportedly made $100 million (£72 million).

According to Forbes, it makes more money than other celebrity-founded beauty firms like Kylie Cosmetics, Kim Kardashian's KKW Beauty, and Jessica Alba's Honest Company.
