Former District Chief Executive (DCE) for Jaman North District Assembly of the Bono Region, Mr Adane Ankomah has added his voice to many Ghanaians who are calling for the suspension of the Members of Parliament (MPs) who had engaged in free-for-all-fight in the house of parliament on Monday, December 20,2021.


The chaotic scene, according to the former DCE marred proceedings on Monday.

The fight was as a result of misunderstanding between the two sides, during the e-levy debate.

According to the former DCE,  the Parliamentarians, no matter how divided, are working with the interest of the people at heart and describe what happened in parliament house on Monday, December 20,2021 as unfortunate and a disgrace to the entire country.

 He stressed that, the parliamentarians should have considered the honorable title on them and act in accordance with it rather than such dishonorably behavioral display before the entire world.
