Nigerian singer and Queen of Afro-House, Niniola has shown off her Grammy certificate.

The Maradona crooner took to her Instagram page to reminisce on the journey that made her a Grammy certificate holder.

Niniola shared photos of her Grammy certificates online and then shared how she got them.

According to her, the first one was in 2019 and it was for her participation as a composer on Beyonce's album The Lion King: The Gift. The album was nominated in the Best Pop Vocal Album category.

The second certificate was also from her contribution to Beyonce's musical film called Black Is King. The film was later nominated in the 2020 Best Music Film category.

Niniola's Grammy certificates may have come through her feature in Beyonce's songs, but the Nigerian singer is grateful for her journey so far.

It was gathered that Fela's youngest son, Seun recently said that his brother Femi, juju singer Sunny Ade and Burna Boy are Nigerians who have been nominated for the renowned Grammy award.

Seun stated that featuring on a Grammy award-winning song does not make the person a nominee.
