In response to the bad conditions in the venue, Rema abruptly interrupted his performance and, among other things, voiced his concern with the heat inside the space.

The performer entered the stage, shared just two songs with the audience, and then stormed off camera in a social media video that quickly went viral.

Before leaving the stage, the musician apologized to his fans and vowed to reschedule his Atlanta performance.

Rema expressed his displeasure by complaining that the show's organizers had disrespected not only him but also the Afrobeats genre.

"We don't go this way; Afrobeats is simply too big for us to move this way. I respect my supporters and I don't accept crap.

"By treating you people like this, they have humiliated me and Afrobeats, so I'm going to reschedule this event. I adore you, he declared.
