Paris Saint Germain president Nasser Al Khelaifi has reiterated that Kylian Mbappe and Neymar have the French club at heart and will stay at the club as far as he is concerned.

Speculations linking Mbappe to Real Madrid keeps getting stronger every day, with Liverpool also interested in acquiring the services of the world Cup winner to Anfield.

Mbappe has earlier rejected a contract, as Neymar per reports will soon put pen to paper as his current contract which runs out in June 2022 approaches.

Following PSG’s qualification into the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Wednesday night after a 5-2 aggregate against Barcelona, the president of the Ligue 1 club has reminded that both players are his asset.

"Mbappe and Neymar are Parisians and they will stay in Paris forever," he told RMC.

The French club is seeking to win the Champions League for the first time, after losing out to Bayern Munich last season in Lisbon.

Speaking on his team knocking out the Blaugranas, whom they suffered a 6-5 aggregate to in 2016/17 when Barca overturned a 4-0 scoreline to beat PSG 6-1 at Camp Nou, he told that "It is a great honour to be in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.”

"I have already forgotten what happened four years ago.

"It will remain in history, but we have played and we have knocked out a great Barcelona team. We are In the last eight."
