Money Swine! Ada MP Accused Of Allegedly Doles Out GH¢ 68,000.00 to NDC Women Organisers & Deputies

It has emerged that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Ada Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Mrs Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe-Ghansah has allegedly doled out a total of GH¢ 68,000.00 to the Greater Accra Regional Women Organisers and their deputies to vote for her preferred candidate in the NDC Greater Accra Regional chairmanship race.
According to information available to this reporter, the NDC MP was reported to have doled out the money to the Greater Accra Regional Women Organisers and their deputies at the meeting, ostensibly to entice them to vote for her preferred candidate, and the this move of the MP is completely violation of the NDC constitution.
According to some of the women organizers who were at the meeting, the MP gave them GH¢ 1000.00 each spending a total amount of GH¢ 68,000.00 on them.
The group that collected the money, they revealed were led by the Greater Accra Regional Women Organsier of the NDC, Madam Felicia Bortey  Mokpoi.
The women organizers saw this action by the MP as an enticement so that, they will vote for her long term boyfriend, Ashie Moore, aka, Justice Appiah who has also filed again to contest the Greater Accra chairmanship race.
A lot of the women organizers saw the MP's gesture to be disappointing. They left the meeting grounds annoyed because, in their assessment, the current Greater Accra regional executives have done extremely well by leading the region to win twenty out of the thirty-four parliamentary seats in the region and equally winning more votes for H. E. John Mahama in the 2020 general elections
This action by the MP for Ada is seen by many well meaning Ghanaians and NDC members as meddling in the regional affairs of the NDC party which is unethical by an MP.
Following this development, they called the party hierarchy to intervene and call the MP to order before it is too late.
Efforts to get the MP response to the allegations leveled against her proved futile.
