The Wenchi Municipal Chief Executive, Honorable Alexander Obour Damoah has toured nine all nine BECE centers in the Wenchi Municipality of the Bono Region.

He seized the opportunity to encourage the candidates and cautioned them to stay away from any forms of examination malpractices.

He has been accompanied by some officials of the Wenchi Municipal Assembly as well as the Wenchi Municipal Director of Education Mrs. Mary Nyarko Adutwum, the Public Relations Officer of Ghana Education, David Baffoe, and many more.

Hon Alexander Obour Damoah urged them to adhere to the rules governing the examination to help have a successful exam.

Mrs. Mary Nyarko Adutwumcommendsds the teachers who tirelessly prepared the candidates for the examination.

She was very impressed with the comportment of the candidates at the examination centers.

Speaking to the Media, Mrs. Mary Nyarko Adutwum said a total of 20159 comprising 10, 85 males and 10, 74 females from 72 public and 17 private schools were expected to write the exams in the municipality.
