John Lundstram celebrates with his team-mates after scoring Sheffield United's second goal

Substitute John Lundstram struck late on to earn Sheffield United a 2-1 comeback victory over AFC Bournemouth which moved them up to fifth in the table.

AFC Bournemouth took the lead after 13 minutes. It was a poor pass out by Berge who allows Gosling to feed "Wee Man" and his low centre is struck at goal by Harry Wilson but Egan made the block. Callum Wilson was alive to the loose ball though and thrashed it home.

Oliver McBurnie was twice denied by Aaron Ramsdale before Billy Sharp equalised in first-half stoppage-time. Bournemouth were hanging on in the last few minutes and they could not get to half-time. Ramsdale made a pathetic punched clearance and it dropped to Stevens on the left. His fizzed cross was scrambled clear by Ake on the goal-line but only to Sharp who made a career of being in the right place at the time right. He fired it home to level the scores.

Ryan Fraser was denied by a good save from Dean Henderson before Lundstram provided the decisive moment with six minutes remaining.

Mousset went direct down the left and charged into the box. He had the awareness to flick the ball inside to Lundstram who had enough about him to force the ball home from 10 yards. It was such a tidy finish.
