Two teenagers have been remanded to reappear on 19th May 2021 while the Court awaits Attorney General's advice in meantime.

The Ofaakor District Court at Kasoa have made headway investigations establishing the age of the Kasoa two teenagers involved in the ritual murder of Ishmael Mensah.

Chief Inspector Ernest Agbo, contested the bail appeal on 20th April, arguing that the two are safer in the custody of the police, judging from the anger among community folk over the matter.

The two have again appeared in the court again and investigations have revealed that Felix Nyarko was born in September 2005 and Nicholas Kini in August 2002.

Currently, the two have been remanded to reappear on 19th May 2021 while the Court awaits Attorney General's advice in meantime.

 Meanwhile, the family of the deceased is disturbed as the issue has taken time and resources.

In their view, they wish the Attorney General's advice was sort after investigations so that the perpetrators would be given due punishment, yet they are hopeful in their next reappearance, the court would have considered it.
