Frederick Leonard, a well-known Nollywood actor and director, has addressed the issue of foul body odor among film crew members on social media.

He made this statement in conjunction with his colleague Victor Okpalan, who likewise advised the crew members to apply roll-on or deodorants to lessen their body odor.

He advised using mint or gum to combat mouth odor in movies.

The actor wrote, “Any human being that has a functioning brain wether cast or crew, should used deodorants, and touch up again by 5.pm so you don’t begin to smell like goat. For a profession that requires that we are constantly on our feet for a minimum of 14 hours, common sense should apply. …And let’s not forget mint or gum to fight mouth odor.”
