I Will Not Spend Money To Solve Flooding In Accra- Akufo Addo

The president of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has claimed that the flooding issue in Accra will not be solved until the citizens change their mindset.

In a legacy video of President Akufo Addo on the best way to manage the threat that has surfaced following the devastating effect of floods in Accra which adds to the continuous history of having the city lowered at the heavy overflow.
