Harold Amenyah: "People want to have threesome with my wife and I"

The movie actor thinks the propositions are related to how he answered a question about trying a threesome during a previous interview on a relationship program, which took place a few weeks after his wedding.

He did, however, clarify that his statement—which seemed to imply that he might be amenable to trying a threesome—was misconstrued and that he had no plans to pursue such a plan.

In a recent appearance on Accra-based UTV, he stated his opinion on the threesome arrangement, saying, "No threesome is coming on." It was not given the full context. It was not anything I actively sought to occur. When asked what I hadn't done before getting married, I mentioned that it was one of the things I hadn't done.

He went on, "It was a relationship show, not an interview. Since I did the show three or four days after it began, it was taken out of context. I'm not sure how many people have had time to sit and watch, but it started somewhere."

He was taken aback and shocked by the outpouring of support he received after the show aired. "It's astonishing how many people who have contacted me have expressed interest. Our culture is rife with hypocrisy. DM and everywhere throughout town. Can you imagine that they ask me what kind of attributes we are looking for? I'm even amazed that many have taken what I said seriously."

The actor asked the audience to recognize that his remarks were made in a different situation and reiterated that he is not interested in pursuing a threesome. "I want people to understand that it was not my intention, and I am not interested in a threesome," he said again.
