Ghanaians are shocked that Meek Mill used Jubilee House as a location for a music video

Following the viral success of a video showing American rapper Meek Mill filming a music video at the Jubilee House, Meek Mill is currently trending on social media.

Following his decision to perform at the just concluded Afro-Nation concert in Ghana over the Christmas holidays, Meek Mill has been in Ghana since December.

Despite the fact that Meek Mill has returned to the United States, it appears that a video of him and his team members that went popular on social media is still making the rounds in Ghana.

Meek Mill posted a reel on his Instagram profile on January 8, 2023, revealing that his new single was finished.

Though many Ghanaians have criticized the president and the rapper on Twitter, it appears they are not pleased with the location of his video shoot.

@Zainat wrote: As Meek Mill come turn wanna Jubilee House into a music video set, I think it’s only fair to allow @wanlov to shoot a second video for “Toto” there.

@Rita Mensah: Nah!! This is getting serious, why are we allowing this? Can Meek Mill shoot a music video in the white house? Eii Gh lol What a country! We have given these guys too much liberty they don’t even have in their country.

@Daniel Sakitey: Meek Mill really shot a music video at Jubilee House? This is the lowest point we can get as a country What happened to “Jubilee House is a security zone” Even American Embassy in Ghana, you can’t take pictures and Ghana. allows Jubilee House to become studio. We are FINISH

@Kwame Dussey: How can I explain to my children that my president opened the seat of our government to Meek Mill, a foreign musician to shoot his music video in it? How? Imagine Sarkodie wants to shoot a music video in the White House? Can this happen in America?
