Wazinga, the fetish priest behind the murder of 11-year-old Ishmael at Kasoa has finally been grabbed.

The five suspected ritualists who were nabbed were identified as Prince Adjololo, 26, Solomon Adjololo, 28, Mintah Benjamin, 23, Felix Haya, 27, and Akwasi Tenkorang, 27.

They were arrested by some youth of Amanase for allegedly attempting to abduct a child in the community for rituals.

The suspects believed to be linked to the fetish priestess and Priest at the centre of the killing of the 11-year-old boy at Kasoa were handed over to Nana Addo Agyekum, Gyaasehene of Amanase, and his elders who held the suspects, hostage, while waiting for the Police to pick them up.

The angry youth wielding sticks, machetes, and other dangerous equipment burnt down one of the fetish priest houses before the arrival of the police, and according to a unit committee chairman of the area, The youth also surrounded the chief's palace demanding the release of the suspects to be lynched.

He opined that the Gyaasehene of Amanase realising the anger of the mob, called for an immediate intervention of Police to quickly moved to the palace but the mob resisted them from taking the suspects away.

Reinforcement was called from Suhum and Kibi where the Suhum Police Commander, the Kibi Divisional Crime officer, and Coaltar District Commanders were in attendance, yet the Police could not march the angry crowd.
 
The irate mob who had already burnt down a summer hat believed to be one of the rooms of the gods set another fire in a car belonging to one of the suspects and started throwing stones at the police resulting in damage to a side window of a Police vehicle with registration No. GP 2867 of Kibi Police Divisional Unit.

Some of the angry youth stoned the Suhum Police and the Commander of Suhum and other police officers who rescued the suspected ritualist.

Mr Yaw Wife, the unit committee chairman narrated, that the violent attacks on the  Police resorted to firing warning shots before they were able to sneak away from the suspects to Suhum Police station for the investigation to be continued.
