Award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician Empress Gifty has made known her support for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's administration acknowledging the president’s commitment in dealing with the coronavirus outbreak in Ghana.

"The fast and prayers that were instituted by the president last week was a good decision and surely, by the grace of God, we shall overcome this problem,”

“At this juncture, we must all come together and help the president, who has shown enough commitment at dealing with the problem. This problem is not a problem for Akufo-Addo alone, it is all of us, so, we need to come together.” She added.

Empress Gifty spoke to Nana Romeo on the AyekooAyekoo show on Accra 100.5 FM about the posture and utterances of the president regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, showing with every measure that he is a leader who is going all length to deal with the pandemic.
