The Managing Director of Citi Television Station, Mr Samuel Atta Mensah, has expressed misgivings about humiliation and maltreatment meted to the staff of the station, Mr Caleb Kudah by the National Security personnel.

Fuming with anger, Mr Mensah stated that how his journalist was handled by the National Security wasn’t the best.

Speaking in an interview on Citi TV Point of View show being monitored by Soireenews on Thursday, Mr Mensah threw a stern warning to those who have planned to intimidate media practitioners in the country.

"They can arrest all my journalists but that wouldn’t stop them from speaking out.

The visibly angered Mensah stressed that government will go and come and the nation reminds for Ghanaians.

According to him, that proverbial word attests to the fact the treatment given by the National security could be the same treatment to be given out in future.

Mr Mensah urged the National Security personnel who captured Mr Caleb Kudah to be professional in their security dealings that could infringe the fundamental human rights of the journalist.

” I told them boldly that if they don’t stop the intimidation, we will have a field day and make stories and nobody can stop us. You can arrest all my journalists but that won’t stop us from speaking out the truth,”  stressed Mr Samuel Atta Mensa, Managing Director of Citi Television Station.
