Castro's song "Seihor" was a diss song to Charterhouse, according to D Black

Ghanaian hip-hop artist D Black has disclosed that the song "Seihor" by the late Hiplife rapper Castro Da Destroyer is a diss song directed at Charterhouse.

Castro's song "Seihor" was a diss song to Charterhouse, according to D Black

When the song was published in 2014, he clarified that Castro was dissatisfied that Charter House had failed to acknowledge his contributions.

Castro, according to D Black, was particularly miffed that he went home empty-handed during the Ghana Music Awards, which were hosted by Charterhouse.

Castro wanted to make a single that was a dig on Charter House, but D Black recalled a conversation where he urged they keep it nice instead.

They ultimately decided to make it a regular song instead.

"Castro began freestyling on the 'Seihor' beat, but the song was a diss on Charterhouse; that was the Ghana Music Awards. Because he did not receive an honor that he believed he deserved, he claimed.

He was upset about not receiving the prize because it was for a song he recorded with Kofi Kinaata and Asamoah Gyan. He requested that I perform a song that criticizes Charterhouse, but I suggested that we keep things normal instead. Eventually, he consented.

"So we made it a normal song instead of a diss song. Castro called after we had finished mixing it and announced that this would be his debut song, which he would release on his birthday. Then, everything was released at the same time, according to D- Black's account in an interview with Okay FM.
