Aspiring National Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Brogya Genfi, has filed a write in the Supreme Court for the annulment of the election of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Tolon Constituency in the Northern Region, Mohammed Habibu Iddrisu.
The NDC top shot has taken the current legal action against the MP on the grounds that the MP has been convicted for fraud and forgery in Australia.
