Biden praises 'heroic' citizens of Ukraine

Joseph Biden sat down for a conversation with Volodymyr Zelensky ahead of a news appearance, saying he was "looking forward to debating the world" with him.

He also complimented the Ukrainian people for their "heroic" combat despite having no prior military training.

"Again, the appreciation for the people of Ukraine, ordinary, industrious individuals who had never been in the military, but the way they rose up is just beyond heroic," he remarked.
