Berekum East MP presents dual desk, others to 12 schools in District

The Member of Parliament for Berekum East Constituency in the Bono Region, Hon. Nelson Kyeremeh through the Ministry of Education has handed over dual chairs, cabinets, library tables, teachers' tables, and chairs to Berekum East Education Directorate.

The dual morden chairs, teacher's table, and chairs, library tables, and cabinets presented were to be given to 12 different basic schools within the Municipality to enhance education standards in the area.

On behalf of the MP, his aid Dannis Kyeremeh explained that the chairs has been presented at the time most of the schools were in lack of chairs as some school's enrollment has been increased making teaching and learning difficulties but the chairs now will ease the situation at the various schools.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Municipal Education Director, Mr. Stephen Adjei Munufie the Assistant Director in charge of Supervision and Monitoring together with Assistant Director of Finance and Administration Mr. Baba Amisina thanked the MP for his contribution toward education in the Municipality and pledged that the materials presented will be used for donation.

They, therefore, called on the MP to do more in direction of education as he has been doing and never to relent on his support.
