Bawumia Accused Of Abusing Incumbency In Governance—He Uses The State Owned Helicopter For Thank You Tour

THOUSANDS of people calling themselves concerned citizens of Ghana have accused the Flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Vice President Dr Mahamadu Bawumia of abusing incumbency and state resources.
They raised concerns about abuse of state resources and incumbency to pursue the personal political agenda of the sitting Vice President, Dr Bawumia.
They alleged that a whopping sum of million Ghana cedis was used to fuel the state owned helicopter on the “Bawumia campaign” under the guise of "Thank You Tour."
According to them, the Vice President Dr Bawumia using the state owned helicopter for thank you tour is a clear breach of the provisions of the Constitution in Ghana and that he must be sanctioned.
