Asisat Oshoala Lists Three Things She Gained As She Exits Barcelona

Asisat Oshoala has listed three things she would carry with her as she leaves Barcelona for National Women’s Soccer League, NWSL, outfit, Bay FC.

The 29-year-old said she will carry with her the memories, lessons and friendships that she has gained during her time at Barcelona’s women’s team.

The Super Falcons striker said this in a lengthy farewell letter to Barcelona’s women football team and fans on Thursday, February 1, 2024.

Soireenews learnt that Oshoala signed a two-year contract with the option of another year with Bay FC earlier today.

“I will carry with me the memories, lessons and friendships that I have gained during my time here,” Oshoala’s letter partly read.

“You have become my family and I will be forever grateful for the love and support you have shown me.”
