APEATSE VICTIMS: MP TELLS PARLIAMENT TO PUSH FOR PERMANENT HOUSING SOLUTION

The Member of Parliament for Prestea Huni Valley has updated Parliament on the happenings at the Apeatse, stressing,  more ought to be done.

Presenting a statement on the floor of Parliament, Robert Wisdom Cudjoe reported to the House that the state of the people at Apeatse must be changed.

He indicated that the victims have been packed in single tents, with no observation of COVID-19 protocols.

Again, he tells Parliament to push for Government to be swift in building with the Fund, as we expect rains, their lives might be more miserable.

A Member of the Western Regional Caucus, who visited the scenes, called for school for the children at Apeatse.
